Command: dmcopy "pspc.fits[bin x=32,y=32]" sky.fits
This command takes an event list and bins it on the sky coordinates x,y. The command x=32,y=32 specifies that the sky coordinates should be binned by a factor of 32, since the full pixel space would make too large an image.
The event list we use for these examples is an archival ROSAT PSPC image of AR Lac. Note the two bright sources in the field of fiew, and the pattern of the telescope ribs, which is smeared out due to aspect wobble.
