To receive the JSR each week by direct email, send
a message to majordomo@head-cfa.harvard.edu, with a blank subject line
and message body containing the single line "subscribe jsr".

When you change your email address, send another message
with "unsubscribe jsr" from your old address and
resubscribe from your new one.
