The Esieespace club of the Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique, in Noisy-le-Grand, France. The 26 kg, 0.34m cubic satellite carried an experiment to measure Jovian decametric radio emission. SARA stands for Satellite Amateur Radio-Astronomique. Although an amateur satellite, SARA did not receive an OSCAR designation.
